Ted Scott Campus Restroom Renovation
Complete renovation of all six first-floor restrooms at WCCCD's Ted Scott Campus.
PPCI was awarded the bid as General Contractor for the complete renovation of all six first-floor restrooms at the Wayne County Community College District – Ted Scott Campus in Belleville, Michigan.
Work included selective concrete demolition, saw cutting and removal of slab-on-grade for underground plumbing modifications, rerouting and replacement of sanitary piping, concrete restoration and preparation for new finishes. The project included coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades and complete project management to deliver fully renovated, code-compliant restroom facilities.
