7300 Woodward Avenue is a 240,000-square-foot historic office building originally constructed in 1912 in Detroit's New Center district. PPCI has provided design-build, general contracting and ongoing facility maintenance services throughout the property.
Working in an occupied historic building requires careful coordination to maintain daily operations while addressing the challenges of aging building systems and infrastructure. In addition to capital improvements, PPCI continues to provide routine maintenance, repair services and property support to keep the building operating efficiently.
Tenant improvement projects have been completed for organizations including the State of Michigan, First Independence Bank, Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency and Neighborhood Legal Services.
