State of Michigan Office Buildout
Secure interior build-out of a leased State office including a UL-rated bullet-resistant public service area.
PPCI performed the interior build-out of a leased State of Michigan office in downtown Detroit, delivering a fully functional office space.
A key feature of the project was the construction of a secure public service area incorporating a UL-rated bullet-resistant Kevlar wall system, along with a bullet-resistant transaction window to provide enhanced protection for State personnel while maintaining secure public interaction. PPCI coordinated all trades and completed the work in accordance with the project plans, specifications and applicable building and safety requirements.
