PPCI oversees the management of the BMG Urgent Care building in Farmington Hills, Michigan, spanning a total area of 13,500 sqft. Our team executed the build-out of the urgent care facility on the first floor, along with offices on the bottom and top levels.
PPCI is also responsible for ongoing property management and maintenance services for the building — an integrated approach that ensures seamless operations and efficient management of the facility, from initial design to ongoing maintenance.
