Conversion of a former dry cleaner into ground-floor retail with a new second-story luxury apartment.
PPCI completed the transformation of a former dry cleaners into a multi-functional space near downtown Royal Oak. The project converted the existing 2,000 sqft building into retail space on the bottom floor, while adding a second story to accommodate a 2,000 sqft apartment with two bedrooms, two baths and high-end finishes.
Our team handled everything from framing the new level to renovating the bottom floor and finishing the apartment on top.
