PPCI was awarded the bid as the General Contractor for the complete renovation of all six first-floor restrooms at the Wayne County Community College District – Ted Scott Campus in Belleville, Michigan. The project consisted of the complete demolition of all existing restroom finishes, fixtures, partitions, accessories, and associated building systems. Work included selective concrete demolition, saw cutting and removal of slab-on-grade for underground plumbing modifications, rerouting and replacement of sanitary piping, concrete restoration, and preparation for new floor and wall finishes.

PPCI furnished and installed brand-new ceramic floor tile and wall tile systems, Corian countertops, plumbing fixtures, water closets, urinals, sinks, restroom partitions, mirrors, Dyson Airblade V hand dryers, recessed and surface-mounted combination towel and waste receptacle units, toilet accessories, and all other restroom specialties. The project also included all necessary finish work, coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, and complete project management to deliver fully renovated, code-compliant restroom facilities in accordance with the contract documents.
