PPCI performed the interior build-out of a leased State of Michigan office in downtown Detroit. The project included complete interior construction consisting of new metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical drop ceiling installation, electrical work, glazing, painting, new hollow metal frames with solid core doors, and all associated finish work required to deliver a fully functional office space. A key feature of the project was the construction of a secure public service area incorporating a UL-rated bullet-resistant Kevlar wall system, along with the installation of a bullet-resistant transaction window to provide enhanced protection for State personnel while maintaining secure public interaction. PPCI coordinated all trades and completed the work in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable building and safety requirements.
