Legato Point Townhomes

Ground-up construction of a new 28-unit residential townhome development consisting of two separate 14-unit buildings. Phoenix Professional Contracting, Inc. served as the General Contractor and was responsible for the complete construction of the project from underground infrastructure through final building completion.

The project was delivered as a complete turnkey residential development in accordance with the approved construction documents.
