Location: Walled Lake, MI

Ground-up construction of a new 28-unit residential townhome development consisting of two separate 14-unit buildings. Phoenix Professional Contracting, Inc. served as the General Contractor and was responsible for the complete construction of the project from underground infrastructure through final building completion. The scope of work included underground utilities, site development, earthwork, foundations, concrete slabs, structural wood framing, masonry, exterior framing, sheathing, roofing, windows, exterior façade systems, insulation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, doors, hardware, interior finishes, exterior improvements, final punch list, and project closeout. The project was delivered as a complete turnkey residential development in accordance with the approved construction documents.
