7300 Woodward Avenue is a 240,000-square-foot historic office building originally constructed in 1912 in Detroit’s New Center district. PPCI has provided design-build, general contracting, and ongoing facility maintenance services throughout the property, completing multiple tenant office build-outs, extensive restroom renovations, corridor and common area upgrades, façade repairs, and interior and exterior improvements. Working in an occupied historic building requires careful coordination to maintain daily operations while addressing the challenges associated with aging building systems and infrastructure. In addition to capital improvements, PPCI continues to provide routine maintenance, repair services, and property support to help keep the building operating efficiently. Tenant improvement projects have been completed for organizations including the State of Michigan, First Independence Bank, Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency, and Neighborhood Legal Services.
