Phoenix undertook a renovation project for the City of Taylor Police Department, encompassing a complete transformation of both the men's and women's locker rooms. This extensive endeavor involved the removal of existing flooring, lockers, vanities, partitions, and drop ceilings. Our team skillfully managed various aspects of the project, including the installation of a new drop ceiling, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the space. The replacement of flooring and wall tiles introduced a modern and refreshed appearance. To improve privacy and convenience, bathroom partitions were added, alongside the upgrading of plumbing fixtures to meet current standards. Energy-efficient lighting was thoughtfully installed for proper illumination, while comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work was carried out to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance system efficiency. Notably, a user-configurable locker system was integrated, designed to cater to the specific needs of the Taylor Police Department. The final result of the project left both the City of Taylor and the Police Department thoroughly satisfied. The improved locker rooms provide a more functional and visually appealing environment for the dedicated personnel, ensuring enhanced efficiency and convenience in their daily operations.
