PPCI undertook a comprehensive renovation project in Highland Park, Michigan, transforming a previously abandoned industrial building measuring 35,000 square feet into a functional office space. This endeavor involved a complete overhaul, covering various aspects from the roof to the flooring. PPCI handled every stage of the process, including structural enhancements, underground utilities, flooring installation, framing, drop ceiling installation, and door fittings. Additionally, they revamped the exterior by constructing a new asphalt parking lot to accommodate the needs of the refurbished office space.Moreover, PPCI extended their renovation expertise to another building, spanning 5,500 square feet, which now serves as a facility for the WSU Engineering department. This secondary project further demonstrates PPCI's capability to revitalize spaces and repurpose them for diverse functionalities, contributing positively to the community and its educational resources.
