PPCI completed the transformation of a former dry cleaners into a multi-functional space near downtown Royal Oak next to OCC University. This unique project involved converting the existing 2,000 sqft building into a vibrant retail space on the bottom floor, while adding a second story to accommodate a luxurious 2,000 sqft apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, and high-end finishes. Our team handled everything from framing the new level to renovating the bottom floor and finishing the apartment on top. This project showcases our versatility and commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions for diverse spaces.
